Dr Rubina is more than a GP, she is a kind, gentle, caring and extremely thorough in all our visits to her practice. We have followed and tracked her down to her current practice and drive for 1 hr 15min each way because we know our health is in good hands. I cannot give enough praise to our GP, she deserves more than 5 stars. Thanks for everything over the last 15 yrs :)

I just had a blood test performed by the incredibly skilled and friendly pathologist her name was Biena. Her expertise was evident as I felt absolutely no discomfort during the procedure. Kudos to the team for having such a professional and compassionate team member!

The family practice is very welcoming with quality services. Dr Shashi is always reassuring and the pathologist Bina does amazing work. She was very calm with me even though i was nervous about the blood test. Gentle and friendly staff.

Big thank you to the lovely Nurse Bina for staying back on her own time even after clocking off to fit me in! Been back a few times now and it's always a pleasure to see that I'm in such caring hands. Very skilled, friendly, professional and quick. You won't even feel the needle at all!

I have been going here for years and the service is great. Always bulk billed, government pays for everything, no out of pocket expenses. Quick and professional advice, good doctors and helpful receptionist. Never have to wait more than 15 minutes

1. After made my online booking, around 4:50 pm tried to call the medical centre to confirm more information. The receptionist J***** is very rude, said work part time only, ask me call tomorrow, no patience with my words, hand up the phone when patient not finish the conversation on the day of 22/11/2023. (Called 04/12/23 after I left my review, kept talking to me even I clearly mentioned it’s not the right time to talk) 2. I made one appointment online for my family and one for myself. During the day of the appointment, they told I don’t have appointment and but the app show they modified my appointment and they keep saying they didn’t. I know the booking platform very well, they won’t cancel appointment behalf of the patient or clinic without consent.

All of the staff here are kind and welcoming. In particular, Dr Rubina is very thorough and informative. Also, the pathologist, Bina, was very accomodating and calming during my blood test. Didn’t even feel a thing when she took my blood!

Very pleased with this place. Its not my usual doctors, but this will be my new go-to when they are unavailable. Staff were great. In particular, Dr Shashi Sahu and Dr Amelia Gonsalvez were friendly, thorough and good with my 2yo girl. The place is conveniently located. I recommend parking in the shopping center opposite the road and walking across. You will pass a chemist if needed on your way back to your car. They also have a small on site pathology lab if you need that. Wait times were much better than other places.
